Peppermint Tonic
As the days start to get colder and winter is knocking on autumn’s door to come in, my taste buds are doing the same. Winter time means the season of Peppermint everything; Peppermint Mochas, Lattes, Candy Canes galore and I don’t know about you but I LOVE it! It reminds me of Christmas and overall lifts my mood.
Ingredients:
1 TBSP (ACV) Apple Cider Vingear
1 Drop Peppermint Essential Oil (food grade)
2 Drops Liquid Stevia
Light dusting of Cayenne Pepper
1 Scoop Collagen Powder
1 Splash of Coconut Milk or 1 Spoonful of Coconut cream
8oz Hot Water
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to blender, let blend for 30 seconds, pour into favorite mug and enjoy.
