What You May Need

Organic Oats

Organic Dates

Cassava Flour

Ingredients:

2 cups Oat Flour

1/2 cup Cassava Flour

1/4 cup Arrowroot powder

2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flax + 4 tbsp water)

Date water ( 1 cup water + 3 Dates, blended)

1 tbsp Cinnamon

 

 

Instructions:

    1) Preheat oven to 375F.

    2) To make Oat Flour, blend Oats in high speed blender. All flour to bowl.

    3) Combine the rest of the dry ingredients. Then add wet ingredients.
    4) Flatten/Roll out down on parchment paper or baking mat to about 1/8″ thick. Dough should be able to roll without being too sticky. If sticky, add a little bit of arrowroot powder.
    5) Using a sharp knife or pizza roller, cut dough into small bite sized squares.
    5) Bake at 375F for about 20 min. Time depends on how thick you roll your dough. 
    6) Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet until cool. 
    7) Pour into a bowl with some milk of choice and Enjoy!
