Sweet Cinnamon Apple Tacos
When you’re craving sweet apple pie on a Taco Tuesday.
Ingredients:
2 Oat tortillas
1 Apple
2 tbsp water
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Date caramel
Instructions:
1) Dice apples and toss into a sauce pan with 2 tbsp water.
2) Add cinnamon and let apples simmer until soft.
3) Drain any existing water and add equally to the taco shells.
4) Heat up the date night caramel and drizzle on tacos.
5) Top with melted coconut butter, diced nuts, and extra cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
