Mango Pineapple Boat

What You May Need

Vitamix

Shredded Coconut

Flax Seeds

Ingredients:

1 Frozen banana
1/2 cup Frozen/fresh pineapple
1/2 cup Frozen/fresh mango
1/2 cup Vanilla unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp Ground flax seed
3 Fresh strawberries (topping)
1 tsp Shredded unsweetened coconut (topping)
1/2 Fresh banana (topping)
1/4 cup Mango (topping)

 

 

Instructions:

    1) Blend all ingredients in high speed blender. 

    2) Pour smoothie into cored pineapple.

    3) Top with extra fruit and Enjoy!
