Starchy Pizza Pie
A tango between gut health and Italian food, a winning combination.
Pizza Ingredients:
1 Green Plantain
2 tbsp Flax See
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Arrowroot Flour
1 cup Brown Rice Flour
Sauce Ingredients:
1 Avocado
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
1 Tbsp Dried Onion
1 tsp Garlic powder
3 Cloves Garlic
1-2 Tbsp Water
Pinch Salt
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 425F.
2) Blend water and green Plantain together in a high speed blender. Stop the blend until the consistency is smooth.
