Breakfast Blondies
The best breakfast treat to eat on a Saturday morning.
Ingredients:
3 Ripe Plantains
1 Ripe Banana
5 Medjool Dates
2 Flax Eggs (2tbsp ground flax + 4 tbsp water)
3 cups Oat Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking soda
1 cup Water or Milk of choice
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 375F.
2) Blend 3 cups of organic oats into oat flour, set aside in large bowl. Add Flax, baking soda, cinnamon, and pinch of salt to bowl.
2) Blend the plantains, banana, dates, and water together in a high speed blender. Stop the blend until the consistency is smooth.
